This 1971 Epiphone ET-270 guitar was made famous after its release because it was used by Kurt Cobain. It’s part of the first generation of Epiphone guitars manufactured in Japan after Norlin closed the Kalamazoo historic manufacture. This model is very close to the Aria 1802 T. Equipped with 2 single coil pickups (9,44 Kohm in bridge, 9,09Kohm in neck), a bass boost switch and a vibrola system, this vintage Epiphone cost $159,50 in 1974.
