Hi Frankie I have a bass Ibanez black eagle without serial number, on the neck plate only MADE IN JAPAN, is it regular for the first models of 1975?

Yes, no serial number until mid 75 in general but there was exceptions. It can be also a late 74 model sold in early 75.
