HS Anderson offers us, as always, an excellent guitar with a neck made of 5 pieces. The guitar was designed by a French musician, Patrick Vrolant.
Anecdote 1: I was in contact with Patrick Vrolant, who told me that it was at Morris‘s request that wanted to have a unique design to create a high quality guitar, that he made the first sketches. He still has today, in his house, the prototype models.
Anecdote 2: There is an error in the text on the back of the heads; where it should be written “Designed by Patrick Vrolant”, it says: DESINGED by Patrick Vrolant …

I have this guitar! I have always wondered what it was. I did think the pick ups were ibanez. Plays beautiful.
I have an identical H.A. Anderson part ll by Morris guitar which is too all extent is a Global sound, but on the head stock is the word Flight, but can’t seem to find any reference about this particular guitar.
this one was acquired on the Greek island of Crete in the early 1990’s it has a few dings on the paintwork, but plays and sounds perfectly
Hello Frankie. I’m new to Japanese guitars. Found your site while researching a hohner IG786 electric guitar.
Made by Moridaira factory around 1980. It was also sold as Morris Global Sound Neck Through and various other names. can you help with any information on this guitar. There is a sticker on the back off the headstock reading:
no 800601 I think this is a Morris sticker rather than Hohner. Do you have any knowledge on that?
Thanks and best regards. Ter.
