I was sold a transition model Greco few years back 1982 “super real custom” neck plate. I’ve always been curious about it’s gender as other super reals I’ve seen in photos have a signature written across headstock. Have i got a transition model or is it a mint? It looks very similar to 68/50 in the catalogue but these are called “mint series. The pick ups don’t have markings so i presume they are “maxon” before Greco brought out their own pups. So how much of my guitar is “super real”. The neck plate says “super real custom” just like the ones in the 1982 catalogue. So is mine a super real mint? Thanks Alistair
Most probably a transition model, a mint model with remaining parts of Super Real collection.
