This Les Paul Deluxe is a nice find! This is a 1979 Greco Eg500GS (note that it’s not easy to tell the difference between the 500, 550 and 600 models).
Superb and very endearing model, rare on the market, no doubt by the fact that it was produced in smaller quantities than the other models. Solid mahogany body with a maple top and a beautiful Gold-Top finition. Its PU-113 mini humbuckers gives it an incredible sustain, a real soul, different from all the others I own. On an old tube amp, no effects needed, the pickups crunch on their own as soon as you turn up the volume.
This Greco EG500GS was born to play good big rock!

Hi,
Fantastic site,
I recently purchased a Antoria les paul k753019
Would this have Magnox pickups? they sound to be single coil in a humbucker case, they do sound fab.
Thanks for your help
It seems to be a 1975 guitar. So yes, that makes sense.
